I hold the designation of SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) demonstrating I have the requisite knowledge and expertise to successfully provide seniors (mature clients) with professional consultation regarding real estate. My goal is to help seniors make wise decisions about selling the family home, age appropriate financing, buying rental property or managing the capital gains and tax implications of owning real estate, among many other issues.

Personal
My office is located in the Poway area. I lived in the Lakeside/Santee area for over 13 years and currently reside in Poway for the last 4 years. I was born and raised in Louisiana. My youth was filled with extra-curricular activities and organization centered around school and athletics. I graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a degree in Business Administration. I worked for a clothing importer as Operations and MIS Director for 10 1/2 years. Current hobbies of mine include spending time with my family, animals and friends. Also working on home improvement projects, computers and my dune buggy. | |
